Clearing your browser cache

Follow these steps to clear your cache in the most common internet browsers. 

 

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Microsoft Edge, select Menu (3 dots icon on top right corner of the browser)
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Privacy & services.
  4. Locate Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
  5. Select Cached images and files and Cookies and other site data check box and then select Clear.

       

 

Google Chrome 

 

  1. Open Chrome. At the top right, click the three dot menu.
  2. Select More tools 
  3. Select Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.

 

Mozilla Firefox  

  1. Click the menu button Fx89menuButton and
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select the Privacy & Security panel
  4. Locate the Cookies and Site Data section.
  5. Click the Clear Data… button. The Clear Data dialog will appear.
    • Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content should both be check marked.
  6. Click Clear.
