You can't remember your username/password

- Your username is the email address you completed your registration with.
- Note: Some users have multiple email addresses that go to the same inbox - ensure that you are trying to login with the specific address that you entered during the sign up process. If you aren't certain which address you registered with, ask the person you are rating which address they used when assigning the survey to you.
- If you can't remember your password, select "Don't remember your password?" on the login screen to request a password reset email. The password reset can only be delivered to the email in your registration.
